I am a repeat customer of Honda Cars of Aiken and WAS in the middle of another purchase when one of their employees Voilated my privacy and contacting me about my credit ? After contacting the dealership they didn't seem to think it was a big deal. Time to take my business elsewhere.

I have a 2000 Honda accord looks like theres been lots of complaints. The sub frame is rotted from the a/c tube.I know you don't want to fix it butt could u get me the parts to have installed. The car only has 88,000 miles thanks bill . Ive bought plenty of new hondas look me up Saratoga ny. I think all the cars are un safe with this problem.

I recently moved and needed a 4wd vehicle. I traded in my car for a 2011 Honda CR-V and was foolish enough to take their Salesman (Tim Clark) at his word that he would add Btu-tooth to the vehicle if I took the deal.

Well now they are saying that it was not supposed to be free and want more money from me.
I tried to talk to one of the sales managers which flat out told me if it was not in writing then it was not approved.

I will never do business with them again.

Lesson learned, get everything in writing as they have no consideration for their customers.

Reviews on 2013 Honda Odyssey

• Lack of drink holders for Driver & Passenger – I would prefer 2 drink holders in the slide out tray over the drink holders on the floor. It is very inconvenient and unsafe to have to look away from the road onto the floor to retrieve a drink in those floor cupholders.
• Inadequate Front seat center console mounted flush on the floor. Is it possible to purchase a better console to replace the one in the LX with a better one that comes in the EX or EXL models? So far I cannot locate another option to make this workable.
• Removal of floor storage compartment in 2nd row. I LOVED that compartment – it was great for storing umbrellas, flashlights, raincoat, etc… that were not needed daily, but were easily accessible.
• Removal of dash compartments -- there is extremely limited front row storage in this new model.
• Reduction in size of the front door compartments – hard to fit umbrella, etc…
• Removal of the option to arrange the 2nd row seats to allow the pass through opening either on the passenger side or between the seats. I LOVED that you could slide the 2 seats together on the 2006 Odyssey and that left a nice area for placing large items such as a cooler during long trips in the 2nd row where it was accessible.
• Removal of 3rd row side compartments – there is no where for ipod, small games, etc.
• Unbound, raw-edged splice in carpeting in 3rd row – there are STAPLES and raw edges exposed which I am sure will fray and deteriorate quickly. Very poor.
• Lack of floor mat for the 3rd row -- esp to cover the raw-edged splice in the carpeting. This was available on previous Odyssey models.

I have a 2009 CRV with 13,000 miles and the 4 brake rotors whorped and honda, bridgewater will not give me new rotors. I know with reground rotors I will be back in 10,000 miles to replace again. Honda has defective brake rotors on CRV in 2009. I will never buy honda especially from this dealer.
