Unjust Service Fee - Honda Civic
I made a routine service for 30.000 km at Honda Damla %u0130stanbul. %u0130t was totally 562 tl. they wrote two items on the invoice; LPG maintenance (105 tl) and filter(20). I made it before two times wt other Honda services that Hald%u0131z and Mutluhan. 10.000 at Mutluhan, 20.000 at Hald%u0131z. When i tell that to Mr. Kemal, service manager of Damla, he said %u201Cyou should call other services to confirm, this is our standart%u201D. I called Mutluhan and Hald%u0131z. They said that they take only filter price (20), they dont take any maintenance fee for LPG. After that i called Mr. Kemal. He said that you have to pay it every routine maintenance, We act like that, we dont care about other firms.
I wonder why there is a double standart? Dont you check your services generally? How can i relief this unjust treatment?
