Horrible customer service
The honda financial department is very unhelpful. I had called to submit a request and followed their rules to do so. They told me someone would be giving me a call and after a couple of weeks went by I decided to contact them. The woman told me that since they called and I was unreachable that the request was denied and now have to spend more money to file the request again because they messed up. When I asked for a manager they said someone would call me but they never did. So guess what I'll be doing this weekend? Instead of shopping for a new Honda I will be visiting their competitors and will never ever purchase anything from them again. You need to invest more in your customer service departments because lets face it buying a new car is not cheap. If I feel this strongly about the service and I work as customer service for a huge company then it's bad. I know that people can over exaggerate but were coming up on a month without resolution and your people blamed me because they were calling the wrong number but have had no problem contacting me in the past.
