Please explain .... I'm no an idiot--RECALL NOt Disclosed - Accord/Pilot


called Honda Of America to discuss what I felt was rude treatment only to be informed by the customer service representative on 12/8/14 that it had been issued 9/14. After speaking witha CM was told it was issued 12/11/14. Yet when i input my VIN number in Hinda's website I see that it was issued 6/14. Explain the confusion because I never got a valid response. Each time I spoke with this CM she would over talk me. Then informe me sge was closing anther case. I was told to fi d a place to service my vehicle but I was never given a fax numbe. CUSTOMER LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO HONDA OF AMERICA. I have been a loyal owner of Honda vehicles for 25 years. No more, customer loyalty and respect arebmore valuable. I alsi delt with Sheehy Honda and Rosenthal Landmark Honda --- my opinion find another brand.
